Our SAT course provides students with extensive coverage of all of the sections on the new SAT. Experienced teachers holding advanced degrees in the subject matter target the content of each section of the test and teach students how to apply effective test-taking strategies necessary for achieving higher test scores.
Substantial improvements in our students’ test scores have proven that teachers make the difference! Our high school teachers are currently employed by Pleasanton Unified School District, and are certified by Collegeboard as trained SAT instructors. Classes are limited to eight students to maximize instructional time and prepare students for optimal performance on the test. Great teachers with fewer students allows for accurate assessment of students’ needs, more individual attention, and higher test scores.
Students are given practice tests for assessment, individual feedback on practice essays, direct instruction in areas of needed improvement, and necessary techniques for finding the fastest way to the correct answer. All students receive The Official SAT Study Guide for the New SAT, published by CollegeBoard.
OUR GOAL IS FOR ALL OF OUR STUDENTS TO MAXIMIZE THEIR PERFORMANCE BY FEELING COMFORTABLE, CONFIDENT, AND WELL-PREPARED ON THEIR TEST DATE.
